After School Program at

21 Delaware Ave

This site is the main location for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Albany, which also doubles as the administrative offices.  This program offers childcare for ages 5-12, and has a wide variety of programs such as positive sprouts, triple play, tutoring, music, art, power hour, smart girls, passport to manhood and many more. Snack and dinner are provided.   

21st Century

After School Program

  Current 21 Century Programs run in five elementary schools (Arbor Hill Elementary, Giffen Elementary, Sheridan Preparatory Academy, Schuyler Achievement Academy and Thomas O'Brien Academy of Science and Technology) and each have

  •  Opportunities for academic enrichment for students, including tutoring services

  • An array of additional youth development services and activities to supplement academic programming

  •  Opportunities for families of students to engage in literacy and educational development


Pre-K Program

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Albany Program offers programs in the following elementary schools:

Summer Camp at

Lawson's Lake

The children are dropped off at our main 21 Delaware Ave Clubhouse and then bussed to Lawson's Lake where they enjoy a summer of outdoor fun in the sun!  They will learn how to fish and hike and they will partake in arts & crafts and physical fitness activities.  Field trips, breakfast, snacks and lunch are included in camp!  

Teen Program

The teen center serves over 100 + teens weekly by providing quality programs and activities for teens. These programs included, Keystone, 4H Youth, College Corner, Basketball, STEP and App Inventor.
